John has over 35 years of experience in increasing company valuation by developing new products, executing organizational transformation, deploying operational excellence through the use of lean principles, and acquiring/integrating strategic acquisitions. He has operational leadership experience in US, Europe, and China with companies/divisions ranging from $25M–800M and 25–3,000 employees. Past experience includes Emerson Electric, Graco, and Buhler.
Eric has extensive experience in research and development, project management, and product commercialization for various companies including 3M, Remmele Engineering, Reell Precision, Kodak Imaging, Pacific Resources, and Imation. He holds over 20 patents and advanced technical degrees in Agronomy & Plant Sciences, Engineering Technology, and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Allan has over 20 years of Finance, Accounting, IS/IT, HR, and Operations experience. He has held prior finance and strategic analysis leadership roles at companies including Best Buy Cos., AIR-serv Group, and Onvoy Telecom, and he started his career as an auditor for Ernst & Young. Allan holds an inactive CPA license, as well as a BA degree in International Relations from Carleton College and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Jeff has over 15 years of success researching and developing niche industrial markets. His prior experience includes Capital Safety Corporation (3M), CAT pumps, and Graco. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Steve has over 30 years experience in domestic and international business development, with businesses ranging from $10M–$120M in size. He has a proven track record for developing and executing growth strategies in the IT and medical device industry with sales teams from 10–160 employees. Steve’s past experience includes Micro Display System, LaserMaster, Medcare Products, and Secondary Solutions.
