MotionTech is proud to announce that its three UK businesses – AMH, LAC, and Holloway – are joining forces to form a new automation leader under the MotionTech UK brand.
“This is an important milestone for MotionTech in the UK,” says Louise Ringström Grandinson, CEO of MotionTech. “Our UK customers have long asked for a more holistic and united offering. By merging AMH, LAC and Holloway, we can meet that demand and create a more comprehensive offering for our customers.”
MotionTech UK now serves as a regional hub, combining AMH’s technical and aftermarket expertise, LAC’s customer-focused delivery, and Holloway’s software innovations, including the Helix and Sentinel platforms. The result is a one-stop shop for automation solutions, spanning:
- System integration services
- Lifetime services
- Advanced software capabilities such as warehouse control systems, remote monitoring and predictive maintenance
MotionTech UK will be able to serve customers with greater speed and flexibility, merging local responsiveness with the global expertise of the MotionTech group. Although the UK businesses are now coming together under one brand with a shared identity and market presence, day-to-day operations remain unchanged. Customers will continue to work with the same trusted teams, maintain ongoing projects, and receive the same high level of service.
“This rebrand is a commitment to shaping the future of automation in the UK. MotionTech UK unites the strengths of three companies to deliver integrated solutions that help our customers stay ahead of the curve,” says Jon Wilton, Managing Director of MotionTech UK.
Importantly, this strategic integration only applies to the UK and is driven by strong customer demand and market dynamics. Decentralisation continues to be the foundation of MotionTech’s business model, meaning that all other companies within MotionTech will continue to operate under their own names and brands.
