MotionTech acquires Alway

Stockholm, Sweden, 22 October 2026 — MotionTech,  global industrial company operating across intralogistics and industrial automation, has acquired Alway, a UK-based specialist in hygienic stainless steel conveyors, process equipment and proprietary machinery for the food industry.

Founded in 1985 and based in Loughborough, Alway designs, builds and commissions turnkey production lines that meet the highest hygiene and quality standards. The company joins MotionTech’s family of specialist businesses and will continue to operate under its own name, organisation and leadership.

Together, these capabilities enable Alway to support customers with everything from individual products and specialist services to integrated engineering projects.
