Stockholm, Sweden / Paris, France — September 17, 2026 — MotionTech, a European leader in intralogistics and automation, is expanding into France with the launch of a dedicated system integration business.
The move marks an important step in MotionTech’s international growth strategy and strengthens the company’s ability to deliver complete automated warehouse and intralogistics solutions across one of Europe’s largest logistics markets.
To lead the expansion, MotionTech has appointed Thierry Hennebiq as Head of MotionTech France. Thierry brings more than 20 years of experience in intralogistics automation, together with an extensive network across the French third-party logistics, retail and e-commerce sectors.
Based in the Paris region, he will lead the development of MotionTech’s French operations, with a focus on customer relationships, strategic partnerships and long-term market growth.
MotionTech France will operate as a system integrator, taking responsibility for the complete automation journey — from solution design and technology selection to integration, installation and commissioning.
By combining local market expertise with MotionTech’s broader capabilities in automation, software and material handling, the French business will deliver tailored end-to-end solutions designed around each customer’s operational needs. The operation will also be supported by MotionTech’s Centres of Excellence in Business Development and Solution Design, as well as a strong network of technology and equipment partners.
